The Netball program for adolescent girls  called GOAL which had been  expanded to Jaitpur village as well has had the first batch of over 25 girls  who have successfully completed the Netball and Leadership training.

The fourth cycle of Computer training for adolescents was successfully completed in October 2009, with as many as 32 participants graduating. The job placement process for these young boys and girls is currently on and about 15 of them have so far been successfully placed in Retail outlets, Bars, BPOs and Schools.
