And I would eager to say that previously I was working in the book shop for earning with income of Rs. 6000 /-p.m. in order to meet my family expenses. Here I was paid less salary and that to not as per my qualifications .Later after joining I learned advanced tally courses through Skill Development programme grant supported by NABARD and after completion of my courses I was able to develop skills on it. And through PRERANA placement assistance i was placed in Creative Design Architect Company in Ongole with good package as a computer operator and accountant with better salary. It was really helped me to increase my salary Rs.16000/- that enhanced my family with better salary. Thanks to NABARD and PRERANA.
